vitalASC Speed-ST0916 questions

I have a few issues i'm running into.

First, i'm getting a message that my device is a rooted device and it's not supported by the TWC app. Any way this app can be used? TWC says its not support and will not work. Second, TV com app will not work. It just clocks at the opening screen and never opens. Third, TV Portal app will sometimes go blank while browsing for a TV show or movie. Only way to get it working again is by rebooting my device. Anyone seen these issue?
